The house (non-smoker), without obstacles, was built in 2016/2017. It has a capacity of 10 beds, a surface of 330 m2 on 3 floors connected by an elevator.
The rez-inferior consists of a room with 2 beds, adapted shower, adapted wc, own garden and gaming room.
The main floor consists in a room with 3 beds, adapted shower, adapted wc, balcony, completely equipped and adapted kitchen, pantry, an entrance hall with adapted visitors wc, a lounge/dining room, free WIFI, flat-screen television.
The first floor consists of two rooms with 2 beds, one room with double bed with balcony, one adapted showers and separated adapted wc.
A garage for 2 cars can be used as well as of numerous outside parking places.
The whole is located on a green space of 10'000 m2, with a small forest and a fantastic view.

This studio is located in the historic district of Hillsborough in North Carolina, in the very quiet district, in the middle of nowhere, but close to the Research park triangle and urban areas.
This 46 m2 studio consists of a big room furnished with Kingsize bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, without bathtub) and laundry. The studio is used only by the tenant and has an independent access from full foot giving onto the garden. Completely flat, ideal for people with disability although the bathroom is not in accordance with the ADA standard.
