This apartment is situated at the ground floor of a traditional house of the historic district of Hillsborough, town of North Carolina situated close to the "Triangle Research Park". The city of Hillsborough is marked by the history, in particular the civil secession war. The city host a native Amerindian community which is eager to keep alive the traditions.

This studio includes a king size bed, an accessible bathroom but, today, not adapted, a lounge corner as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with cook and oven, microwaves and refrigerator. It also has a cable television. The studio is air-conditioned and you have access to a big shaded garden.

The studio is situated 5 minutes walk of the city center, in a quiet and very arborized residential area. All the basic services, including delicatessen, are reachable at walking distance. Nearby, a sports center proposes an accessible and adapted indoor swimming pool. An adapted hike in "Eno River State Park" is accessible on walking distance. The international airport of Raleigh / Durahm, the closest to the studio, is at approximately 40 minutes of car.

It is the favorite district of writers, artists and intellectuals.
