The Petit Chevrier
The Chalet "Le Petit Chevrier" is situated in the region Villars-Gryon ( the Vaudoise Alps), 1200 meter height. The house (non-smoker), without obstacles, was built in 2016/2017. It presents a capacity of 10 beds, a surface of 330 m2 on 3 floors connected by an elevator.
You will have the possibility of playing the tennis, and the region is very appreciated by the amateurs of ski.
The station of Villars and a bus stop are accessible within 20 minutes on foot.
The Petit Chevrier is 3,4 km of the Rock d'Orsay and 3,5 km and of Chauronde 2. You can practice the golf and the hike around.
The international airport of Geneva, the closest to the apartment, is situated in 73 km.
The Chalet is situated in full zone of nature, in the district of Ecovert, favorite district of VIP for its discretion and tranquility. Ideal for family holidays, camps for adapted sport or ressourcement in the nature.

The rez-inferior consists of a room with 2 beds with accessible shower and wc, own garden and gaming room.
The upper rez consists of a room with 3 beds with accessible shower and wc, balcony, completely equipped accessible kitchen, pantry, an entrance hall with accessible visitors wc, a lounge/dining room, WIFI, flat-screen television.
The first floor consists of two rooms with 2 beds, and one room with double bed with balcony, one accessible showers and accessible wc separated.
A closed garage for 2 cars as well as of numerous outside parking places can be used.
